Polyphenols fight free radical damage and it shows up directly in your skin. 3.liposomal vitamin c + glutathione — I take these after my shot of olive oil. Vitamin c builds collagen, glutathione brightens from the inside out. the liposomal form actually gets absorbed unlike regular supplements 4.creatine — I put this into my coffee every day.
