Casual work fit. Grabbed this fun polka dot button down top in one of my “winter” colors on a recent trip to Macy’s. Could easily be layered under a blazer too. Lightweight and a little longer in the back so great for untucked or tucked look. I’m in a small and would say this brand generally runs slightly big. Paired with some fav jeans and shoes for a comfy/stylish work from home fit. Jeans come in regular, petite & plus and I’ve linked a few options.
