Ingredients:
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- salt, pepper & red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tbsp basil
- 1/4 cup Parmesan grated
- 1/2 burrata cheese ball
- baguette

Directions:
- preheat oven to 425
- in an oven safe dish combine tomatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, and chopped parsley
- mix and place in the oven for 25-30 minutes
- add the Parmesan, basil, and burrata & mix till all combined
- Slice the bread and toast if you want
- serve with sliced bread and enjoy

I had this with a cranberry jalapeno margarita & Eric had a Raspberry halfday

Cranberry Jalapeno Margarita
- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz cranberry juice
- Juice of one lime
- jalapeño slices

Pour all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake well & strain over a glass of ice
Garnish with a jalapeno slice

Cinnamon Sugar Monkey Bread is one of my kids’ all time favorite afternoon snacks! Save this recipe for later.

Cinnamon Sugar Monkey Bread

Dough:
2 cups flour
1tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 cup Whole Milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon sugar

Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp Mayfield Whole Milk
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
- preheat your oven to 350
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt
- In a separate bowl combine the milk and vanilla
- Add the milk mixture to the flour and combine to make a dough
- Roll into a log shape and cut into small balls
- Combine the cinnamon sugar
- In a bowl cover the dough balls in melted butter and then cover with cinnamon sugar and toss till well coated.
- Bake in a loaf pan for 25-30 minutes
- In a bowl add the ingredients for the glaze and whisk together until combined
- Drizzle the glaze over the dough balls and enjoy!

I told you a few weeks ago that I was buying the Nuuds boat neck jersey knit top and I would share when it got here.
Well, it’s here and I’m sharing.
I do really like it, however I don’t think it’s comparable to the slinky rib tops which is the way they advertised it.
My mom also bought one and while the slinky ribs look amazing on her the slinky jersey hugged all the wrong curves in all the wrong places.
Make sure you buy it before they have their sale because their sales are final sale. This way you can be sure that you love the fit.

Don’t laugh at me for how frugal I am but whenever I finish a candle, there’s always like half an inch left of wax and I don’t wanna waste it. So I freeze the jar and then use a knife to pop the wax out and now I put it in this candle warmer.

We made whomping Willow bread with roasted chicken for our Harry Potter marathon
It was so simple to make a used store-bought pizza dough and then cut branches and twisted them to give a little texture
Brush the dough with garlic butter, and then bake according to the package
It turned out delicious
And it could also be so fun for like spooky bread for Halloween party or maybe with some soup

Started off by turning our living room into the Hogwarts castle and then of course we had the trolley cart come with treats, butter beer, womping Willow bread, sorting hat, waffles, apples with caramel dip, and golden snitch truffles.
