    1    Standing Overhead March — 12 reps per side
Hold weight overhead, drive knees up one at a time.
    2    Overhead Knee-to-Elbow — 12 reps per side
Crunch opposite knee to elbow with weight overhead.
    3    Around the World — 10 circles each direction
Circle the weight around your waist — core stays braced.
    4    One-Arm Power Lift — 12 reps per side
One arm raised, lift opposite knee for balance + obliques.
    5    Weighted Oblique Crunch — 12 reps per side
Hold weight, crunch side-to-side to fire obliques.
    6    Halo — 10 circles each direction
Circle the weight around your head in a controlled motion.
    7    Squat Overhead Lift — 12–15 reps
Squat down, drive through legs, press weight overhead.
    8    Weighted Standing Crunch — 12–15 reps
Weight behind head, crunch forward to engage upper abs.
