Here’s everything I’m taking while trying to conceive naturally after miscarriage/ molar pregnancy.

If you are just starting to try I would recommend just using procieve, vit d spray, Symprove and NAC (but please check all these and do your own research) the books I’ve linked are so helpful!)

If your goal like me is to improve egg health after miscarriage/ molar then the full stack I use could be good for you too.

But please know I am taking an advanced plan because I’m 36 and have experienced loss this doesn’t mean everyone needs to be this extreme ♥️ and recommend everyone does there own research and testing.

I’ve now had Hycosy, folate, AMH, AFC, TPO, vitamin D, thyroid testing and prob more I can’t even remember now 🤣🙈

Our fertility consultant who has PHD in miscarriage and implantation issues has recommended vitamin D and CoQ10 as main supplements. The rest I have worked with a nutritionist on and from research with the books I have also linked.

CoQ10 can be bought a lot cheaper but do your research it really shows how a good quality one and the correct type works 100% more effectively than the wrong cheap version.

I’ve also been working on my gut microbime as this is linked to inflammation and infertility issues.

The goal is to go to the toilet to remove excess estrogen every day and constipation is linked to fibroids which I have 3 of now.

From taking this stack my new blood tests have come back as excellent
