I’ve come to a place in my business and in my life where I can finally say this from the heart: I cannot fix people who don’t want help. I’ve been screaming from the rooftops for years because I’m so excited about what’s possible — that we’re built for more, that ambition can live in us our whole lives, and that waking up can actually feel joyful. Too often, we waste our time on the little things that don’t matter instead of focusing on what truly does — how to feel fulfilled, how to move your body, how to maintain it without spending hours a day working out, how to invest in yourself. Movement doesn’t have to be extreme; most of the time, walking is enough. It’s therapeutic, grounding, and life-giving. I teach what I love, but only for the people who are open to learning. You can’t give away ambition. You either have it or you don’t. And that’s okay — we’re not all meant to be in the same room at the same time. If this resonates with you, this is exactly the kind of conversation happening on my podcast — the place where the women who really want this kind of life show up. And if you want more structure and tools to actually live it, join me in the inbox as a subscriber at glitteru.com/style. We’re not hanging out on Facebook much anymore — it’s become a scrapbook of old memories, not a space to create the life we want. This is real. This is for those who want to show up for themselves.
