Would you do anything for your kids? Most moms immediately say yes. But would you take care of your health for them?🤷♀️ Would you spend time with God so you have more peace to give away? Would you create healthy rhythms that make you more patient, more present, and less overwhelmed? Would you stop wearing exhaustion like a badge of honor? It's stewardship. The goal isn't to put yourself first. It's to stop putting yourself dead last. Because the people you love most deserve the healthiest version of you-mind, body, and spirit. 💛 So yeah…I’m on a journey to be the best I can be for them. I would absolutely do anything for my kids and that includes modeling how taking care of me looks too! Hit follow if you want some accountability to do that too!
