No one really tells you this… but when you commit to showing up for yourself by moving your body, fueling it well, and getting intentional, you start to notice that reset isn’t just physical. God starts working on your mindset and heart, too. 🙌 Here’s what I’ve learned: 1. You’ll realize movement isn’t just “fitness”… it’s one of the easiest places for God to speak peace over your mind. 2. Comparison will try to sneak in until you remember you’re not showing up to impress anyone… you’re showing up to HONOR Him. 3. You’ll feel that little mom-guilt for “focusing on yourself,” but God reminds you: discipline is spiritual. 4. Worship hits different when you’re walking those steps or lifting light weights… it becomes a moment of surrender. 5. Some days, the workout will feel more like prayer. 6. You’ll notice your body changing but even more, your spirit strengthening. 7. And before you know it, you’ll feel more confident, more grounded, and yes, even encouraging to others. 8. Because this? This can be ministry, too. 💛 Growth in your health journey will stretch you physically and spiritually. It’ll confront your doubts, insecurities, and your belief about what you’re capable of… but God meets you right there in the tiny daily steps. He’s strengthening more than muscles, friend! He’s building courage, confidence, clarity, and conviction. So if you’re ready to feel that spark again, to honor your body as the temple He designed, and to create habits that actually stick… Comment RESET & let's do this together! “I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should.” — 1 Corinthians 9:27 sundayreset healthybyheatherbrown
