😅 Contrary to popular belief, I didn't wake up one day and decide it would be fun to read ingredient labels, filter my water, ditch plastic, research every product, and spend my free time learning about health. I did it because postpartum depression, 2020, and asking lots of questions to experts who are way smarter than me on my podcast, lead here. And when I started asking questions, I realized no one was going to care more about my health & my family's health more than I was. So I started learning. One small change at a time. Not from fear because that too can be JUST as harmful. From a desire to feel better, have more energy, and show up fully for the people God entrusted to me. 💛 And here's what I've learned: You don't have to do everything. You don't have to become "that crunchy mom." You just have to start paying attention. One swap. One habit. One healthier choice. One Sunday Reset at a time. ✨ Comment RESET and I'll send you my favorite healthy-living resources and simple habits that have made the biggest difference in my health journey.
