Food scale + tracking app = body goals Yes, it’s that easy to get started on a better path. Ok, so maybe summer was a little too fun. It didn’t do my body any favors. Time to get back on track. Weighing and measuring my food to get portions back in check + tracking what I eat with an app or journal is a great way to kick start weight loss. I love this little scale and keep it easily accessible on my counter while I’m recalibrating my portion sizes. I’ve had mine for 12 years so I don’t even know if they make it anymore, but here are a few highly rated ones under $20. I’ve tried a ton of different tracking apps and journaling methods, but the one I consistently use the most is myFitnessPal. Their features make it the most seamless and easy to track.
