Woke up before my alarm and I was way too excited 😭✅Here are my wake-up tips:
Lay your outfit out the night before
Try to be in bed by 9:30 or earlier
Water first
Protein first (today I grabbed a Pillars Greek yogurt)
Get to class early if you can (I need my spot or I get anxiety lol)
What is your #1 tip for waking up early? These are habits I implement in support of my GLP1 journey .

Quick morning protein hack for my wellness girlies: add protein to your chai ☕️✨
I pair it with breakfast or sip it solo when I’m on the go either way, it helps me get protein in early without overthinking it.
Protein Chai Drink Recipe (Skinny Chai):
Skinny chai: 6 oz
Premier Protein: 1 caramel
Oatly: 2 oz oat milk
Sweet Drops: 2 drops
Tagging my faves: Tazo Premier Protein Oatly Sweet Drops
Now tell me..what’s your go-to fast protein hack? 👇🏾

Destination Bride Q&A Episode 21 ✅ How we confirmed our guest list without chasing people down 😭
We sent a Google Form with the full details (date range, destination, resort, price range + actual wedding date) so people could make an informed decision. Then we worked with a travel agent for the room block and once that 90-day payment deadline hit, the guest list confirmed itself.

GLP1 Rule: protein in the morning. Simple, high protein, and keeps me steady. 🥓🥣

I was literally late to my own wedding because of dress delays 😭
We had to tape me up FOUR times and we were running on time until that moment.
Everybody was trying to help & I love them for that… but I was OVER it because I knew I was losing daylight 😭😂
It all worked out though....but what is my lifeee.
