- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 scoop @flavcity vanilla protein powder
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tbsp tahini or almond butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon 
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- ½ tsp vanilla extract 
- Ice cubes as needed

Extra Fluffy Cottage Cheese Pancakes! My 2-year old has been asking for pancakes every day, so I created this recipe to make it nutrient dense way for her to get in her protein, fats and fiber in the morning!! I meal prep this on the weekend and heat 2 for her every day! These are fluffy, high-protein and SO delicious. I wanted to eat the whole batch, and you could! Macros are at the bottom of the caption! 

Wet (blend)
½ cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla extract

Dry 
½ cup oat flour (blend oats alone first until powdery)
½ tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon (optional_

Blend the wet ingredients for 20 seconds until smooth. Add it into a bowl along with all of the dry ingredients. Stir gently. Let it sit for 2 minutes for the baking powder to activate. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add butter, then pancake batter. Cook for 2-3 mins each side. Finish with butter, maple syrup and powdered sugar OR whatever pancake toppings you prefer!

STOP WASTING MONEY ON STORE-BOUGHT FALL SNACKS! Here’s how to make my healthy, easy and quick pumpkin spice peanut butter with no seed oils, refined sugars or added fillers! 🥜🎃

2 cups roasted peanuts
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp salt
2 tsp maple syrup

Roast the peanuts at 325F for 8 mins. Add peanuts to a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy (pause to scrape down sides as needed). Add pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, salt, and maple syrup. Blend again until fully combined. Taste and adjust (add more spice or sweetener if needed). Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks!

I gave up caffeine five days ago and I have been drinking a chocolate bone broth every morning in place of it! I have to admit the first few days. I had a dull headache, but I’m feeling really good now. The great part about it is that it has about 15 to 20 g of protein in each cup and I even get to share it with my toddler!
