This season has been about coming home to myself. After years of people-pleasing, choosing myself took intention—and support. I sought it in therapy, coaching and training, and I’m grateful I did. For anyone in a similar season who might need that same kind of support, I want to introduce you to my friend and health coach, @sarah_meers_ : “At some point, many women don’t just lose confidence they lose themselves. We become: • someone’s partner • someone’s mom • someone’s employee • someone who puts herself last And slowly… our identity shrinks to the roles we play. Reclaiming your main-character energy isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to who you were before the world asked you to be everything for everyone else. In my coaching it’s not just fitness and nutrition, we do the inner work. I call it self-reclamation: • Breathwork to regulate your nervous system and reconnect to your body • Meditation to quiet the noise and hear your voice again • Identity work to separate who you are from the roles you carry • Rebuilding self-worth so you stop asking for permission to take up space • Aligning how you dress, move, and show up with how powerful you actually are This is how women begin to: • Prioritise themselves without guilt • Feel worthy again at any age or stage • Stop living in reaction to past hurts • Become the main character in their own lives No revenge. Just self-reclamation. This is your invitation to reclaim your main-character energy 👑✨ —Sarah” maincharacterenergy elegantstyle feminineenergy ootn
