OUTDOOR TV watching is my new favorite hobby! It’s so nice to sit outside and casually watch a show or sports. And since we used a stand, it’s portable. We added casters to it for easy relocation from the covered patio to different places in the yard. Also, the stand uses a bracket system so the TV comes off easily for rainy days or long term storage. Linking ours and other options so you can get the style that is right for you.
(This model does not come with casters. We chose the one with the iron base and added the casters later. Make sure you check the weight requirements before purchasing, as you don’t want your stand to fall over when moving it around)

Trying to find cheap dining chairs is not easy! Linking some modern style Amazon and Wayfair finds! Again, make sure you measure the tallest person, knee to foot and middle of back to the seat to know how the measurements of the chairs will suit them.

Dark & Moody vibes are great for low light bedroooms, but I highly recommend for people who are working on getting a deep sleep! I created this mock up of my own bedroom to visualize how dark my room would be if I went with an almost black color, such as Cracked Pepper. Note- cracked pepper is a dark warm grey but tone will vary depending on where you source it. So make sure you Samplize your paint before starting! Linking dark grey options.

And yes! There is a TV over the bed, this design idea is for a Frame TV, which is thinner and lighter and you can change the display to go with your moods. It’s an investment but imagine being able to change from a fall landscape to still art to B+W photography anytime you wish! (Make sure the technology supports - Sony TVs do not!) Plus most oversized art at home retailers cost $500-$1200 anyways! This is really a more economical solution ;)
Note: have a professional install the TV and then secure it to the wall by enclosing it within a custom frame. This will minimize risk and hide any gaps behind the TV or allows for ambient lighting. Also make sure you get a small enough TV that it fits above your head board!

This sofa is so comfortable that you will want to take a nap on it. It’s lasted all summer without any spills! We use a clean dust pan brush to wipe off any debris each week. Note: it’s under an umbrella and it gets covered during rain. It comes in a sectional as well, but the sectional sells out each year. Check back in the spring if looking for a sectional.

I highly recommend for a covered patio or porch, as the fabric will get mildewed if left in the rain.

This is what I would call a warm minimalist look.
Hot tip for chairs- measure the shortest and tallest person while they are sitting, at their knee height from the floor and from the floor to the middle of their back to ensure that the chair and table heights will work for all family members.

*this color combo is sold out* Officially 3 years old and still holding up! We use a cover during the rainy days, and we have shade during the summer so it’s not in the sun all day long. But it is used almost everyday! The table top gets cleaned with soap and water - that’s it!

The Vendanda/Belmont cabinet. It is an icon, now available in double width. We purchased in Nov 2019 via our Havenly designer but sourced from Crate and Barrel. It is not easy to get a picture because of the glass reflection! It’s is the statement jewelry of our living room, and the star of the show!
We utilize as decorative storage for various serving pieces but it can store a full 12 piece porcelain set in the bottom half alone - we’ve tested it out! Only 39 inches wide so it can fill most smaller wall spaces and go for the double wide for wider walls!

I found plug in sconces that hide your switch plates on your backsplash! I’ve hidden them before with cutting boards and other taller things, but these look nicer and give a soft glow at night without having to turn on the overhead lights or the pendants! And there is a switch if you want to turn them off. And if you need to use the outlet then it’s easy to plug back in. I personally wanted the ribbed ones to coordinate with my oil cruets. Who knew that one day I would be shopping the mall wearing an outfit I swore I had in the 90’s. Life is so cyclical!
