the body stops producing collagen if sleep is bad.. gasp… not today sir. 🙈 At 40, I literally care more about sleep than about skincare, supplements, facials, or any longevity protocol. 🙋🏼♀️ It’s the biggest marker on how fast you’re aging, inside and out. Yes… this night routine is a lot, but I swear it works like a charm. I fall asleep within a minute each night and stay asleep until morning. My sleep score is almost always 90+ and I’m looking and feeling better in my 40s than my 30s (when my sleep was TRASH) Here is the full list of everything I do each night to have the best seep of my life: - A ritual of ‘turndown’ - All lights on a timer to turn red - 3, 2, 1 rule for food, drink and screens - Sleepy girl mocktail - No heavy cleaning before bed - Sleeping with eye mask and mouth tape - PEMF mat for 20 mins every evening - An air purifier in the bedroom - Doing skincare by candlelight - Temp down to 65 f - Not going to bed with problems on my mind - Phone goes into DND at 7pm - Getting sunlight in my eyes within 2 hours of waking Never say “I can’t sleep” again Let me know if you want a video or further deep dive into any of these!
