gf buckwheat pumpkin bread 🎃↓ the coziest recipe you absolutely need this fall…🍂

1 can pumpkin purée
1/3 cup butter, melted and cooled (can sub coconut oil for dairy free)
2 eggs, whisked
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup 1:1 gf flour (or tapioca or arrowroot starch)
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips

preheat oven to 350°.

mix the first five ingredients together well. Whisk in all dry ingredients & spices, & combine thoroughly. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed. Adjust spices & salt to taste!

bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 15 minutes before slicing. enjoy!🍁

micah is obsessed with this allll football season 🏈

1 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 12 oz can of chicken
1/2 cup of buffalo sauce (I used @primalkitchenfoods)
1/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese
spicy ranch or regular ranch seasoning to taste
onion powder to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
salt & pepper to taste

mix first four ingredients together. add in your seasonings to taste! spread evenly into a lightly sprayed pan, & sprinkle the cheese on top. bake at 400 for about 15 minutes or until it’s bubbly & the edges of the cheese are browning 🎃🏈🍁
