✔️ Start your days early — parking fills up by 6AM and the light is chef’s kiss at sunrise ✔️ If you aren’t up early, parking will be a challenge — at trailheads, lakes, and town — plan ahead or use transit 🅿️ ✔️ You can’t drive to Moraine Lake — book shuttles early, especially for sunrise
✔️ Download offline maps — cell service is spotty (especially along Icefields Parkway)
✔️ Bring layers — it can be 80°F in town and 40°F at the lakes
✔️ Be bear aware — seriously, carry bear spray and know how to use it 🐻
✔️ Don’t rush it — give yourself at LEAST 4–5 days to explore Banff + Jasper. There’s SO much to see!
