I posted this dress on my Stories the other day, and so many of you asked me to link it again. The pink is sold out now, but it just became available in black and burgundy. I’m actually debating getting the black one because I can always pair it with a leather jacket and army boots for an edgier look.

Last night in purple and black, feeling grateful for good friends and an even better evening. I’ve included links for both dresses

It was love at first sight with this dress. The print had a touch of Versace glamour that felt just right for a wedding in Florence. I originally planned to wear it to the ceremony, but my daughter persuaded me to choose something else, so I wore it to the welcome dinner instead. The cut was impeccable, it was incredibly comfortable, and the fuchsia bag added the perfect finishing touch. Wearing size 4

My current gym must-haves 🖤
You guys always ask what I use before and after training, here it is, all linked below.
Pre-workout (Evogen EVP Xtreme N.O.): my energy and focus before lifting. No cap on how much heavier I lift because of this.
Carnitine (Evogen Carnigen): stim-free, helps my body burn fat for fuel and keeps my endurance up through cardio.
Protein powder: my go-to for my post-workout smoothie, non-negotiable for recovery.
And yes… I bought this workout set in literally every color 😅 It might be the most flattering workout outfit I’ve ever owned. The fit, the support, everything about it. 10/10, no notes.

I’m wearing a size small in these fabulous cargo pants, though I’ll be having them tailored for a slightly more fitted look. I’m obsessed with the length. They come in multiple lengths, which is such a win if you’re tall and usually struggle to find pants that fit properly. I got the 36 inseam, though the 34 would have worked just as beautifully.
The top is simply incredible: flattering, polished, and effortlessly versatile from day to evening. Chic, sexy, yet still conservative, it truly does it all.
I’m also linking the tank top from the photo and video. I loved it so much, I got it in every color. It’s become one of my basic must-haves, and so many of you have reached out to thank me after ordering it. This one absolutely deserves a repost.

I never imagined that I could become this strong, or transform my body in this way in this stage of life. But the body is always listening to what we believe is possible. It is never too late to begin, to grow, to surprise yourself.
And can we talk about these pants for a second? The back pockets and the way they’re cut are so flattering on the glutes. They honestly make everything look even better.

I’ve linked the top and the pants. 👇

These are a few of the things I’ve been reaching for lately and genuinely loving.
The coconut oil and both leave-in conditioners have made such a noticeable difference in how smooth and manageable my hair feels, especially the day after I blow-dry it. My hair naturally tends to be a little coarse, frizzy, and difficult to style, and I’ll be the first to admit that I’m not particularly skilled at doing my own blowout. So when something actually helps my hair look smoother and feel softer, I notice.
I also linked the shampoo I’ve been using. If you deal with a dry, itchy scalp, it is worth trying. Since entering perimenopause, my scalp and hair have felt much drier than they used to, and this has been one of the products that has helped.
And of course, I included this tank top because it is simply an essential. It is flattering, easy to style, and the kind of piece I would buy in every color. I paired it with this bolero, which is such a lovely addition if you prefer a little more coverage on your arms. It works beautifully with tanks, dresses, and so many outfits you already have.

I’ve linked three different light sweaters down here .. check them out. And the prices 🤣🫣
Insane

#LTKootd #LTKmomlife #LTKSaleAlert

Start here:
1. Strength train consistently. Building muscle can make cellulite less noticeable for some people, especially through consistent glute, hamstring, quad, and full-body training.
2. Eat enough protein and build sustainable, balanced nutrition habits. This supports muscle growth, recovery, energy, and overall body composition. No extreme restriction or detox required.
THIS really worked for me …
3. Use body care only if it feels good to you. A retinol or retinal body lotion may gradually support smoother-looking skin texture over time, while a caffeine body cream can give a temporary smoother, firmer-looking effect. I’ve linked the best options below
Everything else is optional.
Dry brushing, massage, body oils, and exfoliation can be lovely self-care rituals and may leave your skin feeling soft and refreshed, but they are not proven to create lasting cellulite reduction. You do not need expensive detoxes, wraps, “fat-burning” supplements, or miracle creams. They will not permanently erase cellulite.

Dreamy dress.. dreamy night

#LTKBeauty #LTKootd #LTKdayinmylife

Activewear doesn’t have to be basic to be functional. I love finding pieces that feel good to move in but still have a little personality, whether that’s an unexpected back, an interesting detail, or something that simply makes you feel like yourself.
The clothes should never wear you. You wear the clothes.
I linked everything from the Reel, plus a few additional activewear pieces I love for adding something extra to your rotation.

#LTKfitnessgoals #LTKootd #LTKActive

I’m linking both this incredibly comfortable outfit and the face mask I tried today.
Lately, I’ve been taking my skincare routine more seriously and testing quite a few masks along the way. I do not share products lightly. If you’ve followed me for a while, you know I only recommend something when I genuinely love it and would use it myself.
This mask really stood out. It felt deeply moisturizing and hydrating without being heavy, and my skin looked noticeably smoother afterward. Even my makeup applied more beautifully and evenly once I used it.
For anyone navigating perimenopause or menopause, when skin can suddenly feel drier, duller, or more dehydrated than usual, this may be such a lovely addition to your routine. It felt like a simple moment of care that made a real difference.

This one is beautiful, and maybe even true for some people. But I think we need to ask a harder question:
Why are we so comfortable loving people who do not make us feel safe enough to come to them when life falls apart?
Maybe the real goal is not choosing between the person you love and the person who loves you.
Maybe the real goal is refusing to settle until they are the same person.

Some people only feel comfortable with women when we are easy to categorize: pretty, pleasant, quiet, and predictable. But a woman can cook with her mother, build a career, care for her body, speak about politics, change her mind, start again, and still be exactly who she is

Btw… “atal matal tootooleh”It’s a classic Persian nursery rhyme that Iranian kids grow up hearing. Like many English-language playground chants, its words are rhythmic, silly, and partly nonsensical. The point is the sound, repetition, and nostalgia, not a literal translation.

Everyone has been asking about my hat ..

A timeless denim-blue midi dress with a flattering square neckline, wide straps, a fitted structured bodice, and a softly gathered A-line skirt. It’s feminine, effortless, and comfortable, with pockets that make it an everyday essential you’ll reach for again and again.
Ways to style it
• Keep it casual with white sneakers, a tote bag, and delicate gold jewelry
• Add flat sandals and a straw bag for an easy summer or vacation look
• Dress it up with heeled mules, statement earrings, and a sleek shoulder bag
• Layer a crisp white button-down or lightweight cardigan over it for cooler evenings
• Wear a fitted tee or blouse underneath for a fresh layered look
• Add a blazer and loafers for a polished daytime outfit
• Pair it with boots and a leather jacket when the weather cools down
• Define the waist with a belt and switch up the mood with bold accessories
It’s one of those versatile, must-have basics you can style differently every time. Easy enough for errands, yet elevated enough for brunch, dinner, travel, and everything in between.

Wearing size 4

Of all the workout outfits I own, and I own plenty, this is easily one of my top three. The cut is so flattering, the material fits perfectly, and it really hugs the body in the best way without feeling restrictive. It is also extremely breathable.
I am getting this in every color. Maybe not the pink because I do not love that particular shade, but every other color is coming home with me. When I love something, I truly get it in every color.
I’m wearing a size small.

Fell IN LOVE with this dress

Some souls arrive so softly, yet change the whole weather of your heart.
During a difficult season in my life, this tiny baby next door, with her dark almond eyes and the sweetest, most peaceful spirit, became a little place of refuge for me. I would visit her every day, hold her close, watch her smile, and somehow the weight I carried would grow lighter.
She brought me stillness. She brought me joy. And without any of us realizing it at first, she brought our families together in a way that feels deeply meant to be.
My son and daughter, now 17 and 15, are the great loves of my life. They taught me that a mother’s heart can hold a love so vast it changes her forever. I never imagined there could be room for another child to feel so deeply woven into my heart, but love has a beautiful way of multiplying, never subtracting.
And then this little girl came into our lives and quietly found her own sacred place in my heart. Now she is five, full of confidence, laughter, sparkle, and a kind of magic that cannot be taught.
Some children do not just grow in front of you. They grow inside you.

Western-inspired details with a feminine twist 🤍 This textured cream vest is such an easy piece to dress up or down, and the studded belt bag adds the perfect statement while keeping your essentials close. Style the belt with jeans and boots, over a dress, or layered on an oversized blazer for a totally different look every time.

The truth is, you’re not failing. You are just on a timeline that is real, not marketed.
Progress is the quiet stuff: the workouts no one records, the meals that are not aesthetic, the nights you choose sleep over “just one more episode.”
If you are showing up, your body is already changing, even if the mirror has not caught up yet.
Give it more than six weeks. Give it the same patience you would give a place this wild and powerful.
Btw… I’ve linked everything below. Highly recommend the workout set and top
I bought all of them in every color

$I was this close to buying the high-end version of this jumpsuit, then found almost the same style here for a fraction of the price and the fit is beautiful and really flattering. Wearing a S .. got these in every color #LTKfitnessgoals #LTKselfcare #LTKActive$

Summer uniform: open back denim dress and my go to natural looking platform heels, wearing size 4, easy, breezy, and all linked 👇

An unforgettable wedding in the South of France, where every detail spoke of heritage, taste, and timeless elegance. This retro floral gown and magenta bag felt perfectly at home in the château gardens, capturing all the romance and color of the evening. I’ve included the links to both the dress and the purse for you to explore

I live in this Garage tank top in every color because it’s perfectly cut to skim the body and layer effortlessly under a blazer or stand alone all year. Paired with the mauve cropped pants by Maeve at Anthropologie, it feels polished yet easy for any occasion. The Garcia shoes truly feel like walking on clouds and have been a rare gift for my problem feet as I prepare for bunion surgery while still wanting something stylish enough to carry me from day to night.
