High Plank Jacks Benefits | HIGH PLANK JACK FOR BEGINNERS 

Most people may not enjoy planks, but they are the best bodyweight exercise for activating muscle groups throughout the body, including the core muscles, glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. Overall it’s a multipurpose full-body exercise. A nice cardio finisher. A great warm-up finisher. High plank jacks are a combined cardio and core-strengthening exercise. The exercise helps strengthen the muscles of both the upper and lower body. I see an improvement in my core strength and stability.

The isometric Superman exercise | Lower Back & core Strength 

I truly experience the mind and muscle connection while performing this exercise. I also notice some glutes and hamstrings activation, depending on how engaged I am while performing the exercise. It’s important to lift off the floor only as far as your body feels comfortable. Try it out and share your thoughts 💭!!

Push-ups are intimidating. Pushups require a lot of mind, body, and soul connections. I first started with an incline push-up. Next push-up release. Now I can properly perform 8 to 10 push-ups for three rounds with 60 seconds rest max in between.  I don’t enjoy doing push-ups.  However, I did notice that it is one of the best upper-body muscle-building exercises. It gives me so much power, strength, and endurance. If I complete pushups properly at the beginning of my workout, best believe the rest of my workout will be very efficient.

I keep getting comments on my hips, glutes, and hourglass shape figure. 
Naturally, I have accentuated hips and defined glutes preloaded. My hourglass shape has been natural since I was a kid. However, all these features need to be redefined post-pregnancy. Adding the Plank Glute Kick Backs exercise to my routine is a game-changer!

Sunday Reset Postpartum Yoga Benefits 🧘🏽‍♀️ 

I prayed for my dear life during my first yoga session.

I am inviting peace and calmness. 🧘🏽‍♀️Mind, body, spirit, and soul connection is my Sunday refresh tip for maximum productivity as I plan the upcoming week. Finding other sports to mix in with strength training is vital.  

I tried so many different sports and I found a workout combo that is efficient for this season of my life. One of them is Yoga. 

Improved strength, Slow movements, Deep breathing, Stretching, balance, coordination, mobility, and flexibility are the keys to a successful and sustainable workout regimen. 

One way to keep challenging myself and target these skills is via yoga. And let me say yoga is not for the week. 

 Boy is my body more tense than I anticipated. 💃🏾
