Y’all, I’m really trying to build better habits, not just in the gym, but after the gym too. I realized real quick that if I don’t eat after my workouts, I’m basically wasting the effort I just put in. And I’m not working this hard just to sabotage myself later. Normally I’d grab coffee and keep it moving, but coffee will have you skipping meals and calling it discipline 😅 So instead, I came home, cooked, and moved in something comfortable that actually supports my body.
