Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a small bowl. Add the egg, butter and vanilla to the milk mixture. Then slowly stir in the flour. Whisk until well combined. Heat a pan with butter. Pour pancake batter into pan and wait until bubbles stop, then flip. If desired, add fresh blueberries or bananas to the pancakes once you pour the batter.
