What’s a Sunday without some Sunday snacks? Sharing an easy and light appetizer that is perfect for a healthy mid day snack. Here’s what you’ll need: Your favorite hummus 1 cup of Persian cucumbers, diced small 1 cup of Cherry tomatoes, diced small, seeds removed 1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese Salt and Pepper Drizzle of Olive Oil Peppers, cucumbers and mini pitas to dip. Spread the hummus in a dish. Sprinkle tomatoes, cucumbers and feta ontop. Top with freshly cracked salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Serve with your favorite dippers, I like mini pita bread, cucumber slices and bell peppers. I picked everything up at Costco! LTKVideo
