I use these items every time I cook, so I keep them close to my stove for easy access. Freshly ground salt and pepper makes all the difference. I buy refills in bulk and fill as needed. Same with olive oil. I buy a bulk extra virgin Italian olive oil and refill my smaller, easy to pour bottle as needed. Find an all purpose blend you love and use it on just about everything.
