I've been trying the Ascent Clear Orange Mango Protein, and it was a fun change from my usual protein powder.

I blended it into a smoothie, and while it's still creamy, it has a bright, citrusy, slightly tart flavor that makes it feel lighter and more refreshing than my typical shake.

I've been testing the Cayla Gray clean fragrance collection, and I've officially narrowed it down to two favorites... Petals and Slumber. 🤍

I’ve been taking collagen for years, so when Elavate sent me their Multi Collagen to test out, I was curious to see how it would fit into my routine.

I've been curious about rebounders for a while, so when FED Fitness gifted me this one, I was excited to give it a try.

A few things right away:

✔️ It's not replacing my strength training.
✔️ It's not replacing my daily walks.

I see it as another tool in the toolbox for adding movement, getting my heart rate up, and breaking up long periods of sitting.

The biggest surprise?

It's fun.

There's something about bouncing that feels a little like being a kid again.

I'm still experimenting with where it fits into my routine, but so far I'm really enjoying it.

This pink set immediately caught my eye.

The color is flattering, feminine, and just fun to wear, especially this time of year.

But the reason I keep coming back to Vuori isn't the color.

It's the quality.

Their pieces wear incredibly well, wash beautifully, and hold their shape for years. I've found that when I reach for something over and over again, the higher price tag ends up being worth it.

Day 6 hair rescue.

Sometimes my hair is flat, tired, and definitely not freshly washed, and honestly, I don't always want to fully wash and restyle it either.

Living Proof sent me their Perfect Hair Day New Style Refresh Mist, so I gave it a try because I already love their dry shampoo.

I've been using it through the lengths to refresh my style with a little heat instead of starting completely over, and it really helps bring my hair back to life.

Especially as my hair has changed with age, I've found that extending a style gently works so much better for me than over-washing.

My nightly protein brownie bowl.

One of the biggest things that changed for me over the years?
I stopped thinking I had to cut out dessert to stay on track.

This is the exact brownie I make on repeat to support muscle, recovery, energy, and consistency.

Recipe:
• 1 box Simple Mills brownie mix
• 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (I used peanut butter chocolate)
• 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
• 1 cup water

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, or until done.
Cut into 9 squares.

Per brownie:
~150 calories
~11–12g protein
~6–7g fat
~12–14g carbs
~2–3g fiber

I usually turn it into a bowl and top it with yogurt mixed with vanilla protein powder (or homemade protein ice cream) and berries.

I’m 64, and if you had told me years ago that my skin could actually improve with age, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

I grew up thinking aging skin was just something you had to accept.
But I’ve learned something different.

My skin responds when I support it.

These are two treatments I use every week.

My NIRA laser is a non-ablative laser that delivers controlled heat into the deeper layers of my skin. That heat triggers a repair response in the dermis, which helps stimulate new collagen and strengthen the existing collagen network.
