I've been curious about rebounders for a while, so when FED Fitness gifted me this one, I was excited to give it a try. A few things right away: ✔️ It's not replacing my strength training. ✔️ It's not replacing my daily walks. I see it as another tool in the toolbox for adding movement, getting my heart rate up, and breaking up long periods of sitting. The biggest surprise? It's fun. There's something about bouncing that feels a little like being a kid again. I'm still experimenting with where it fits into my routine, but so far I'm really enjoying it.
