My go-to walking outfit.

This crop top is one I want in more colors, super comfortable and washes really well. Wearing a medium.

These sweats are a staple for me. I wear them all the time and would absolutely get a second pair. Just a great basic that actually gets worn. Wearing a medium.

The cropped jacket is another favorite, easy to throw on and pulls everything together. Wearing a small.

These are my all-time favorite feet-healthy walking shoes. I grab them every time I head out.

I also always carry a small crossbody phone bag, I keep my phone, a lip gloss, and a mini sunscreen for my hands.

Everything is easy, comfortable, and actually gets worn.

At 64, I’m not just hoping my skin holds up, I’m doing something about it.

These are the two treatments I use every single week, and they’re easy enough that I actually stay consistent.

NIRA is quick and targeted, I use it around my eyes, jawline, and mouth, the areas that tend to soften first.

My Omnilux mask is simple, I put it on, sit back, and let it do its thing. It’s one of the easiest habits to keep.

They work differently, but together they support firmer, smoother, more radiant-looking skin over time.

That’s the key, not one time, not once in a while, consistency.

I love that I can do all of this at home, on my schedule.

And yes, I always protect my skin with sunscreen.

Blue light glasses, reading glasses, everyday frames that actually look good.

These are my Caddis readers and I wear them daily when I’m on my computer or phone. They help cut down eye strain, and the frames feel substantial, not flimsy.

They’re not “trendy,” but they are on trend, always fresh styles and colors that keep things fun without feeling overdone, and they always look good.

The two styles I have here are Miklos and Pinto72, and I also love the D28.

If you’re on screens a lot, this is one of those simple upgrades that just makes life more fun!

Dry shampoo that actually absorbs oil, adds volume, and refreshes your hair between washes.

This is the original Living Proof dry shampoo I keep coming back to. I use it right at the crown where my hair tends to fall flat, especially after applying scalp serums. It soaks up oil without leaving buildup and gives my hair that lift and texture that makes it look freshly styled.

Perfect for extending washes and bringing hair back to life in seconds.

My favorite kind of work-from-home outfit, cozy enough to live in but still cute enough to answer the door.

This fuzzy soft jogger and cardigan set is warm, comfy, and put together enough that I don’t feel like I’m living in pajamas.

The cardigan is so dang cute I end up wearing it out with jeans and other outfits all the time.

Muscle changes how you age.

And if you’re not strength training a minimum of 2x per week, you’re setting yourself up for a much harder road later.

Muscle supports metabolism. Muscle protects bone density. Muscle improves balance and strength. And muscle helps prevent the muscle loss that accelerates as we age.

After 50, building and maintaining muscle becomes one of the most important things you can do for your future health.

This is why I lift weights.

Not to be smaller. Not to chase some unrealistic standard.
But to stay strong, capable, and independent for the decades ahead.
I’m training for my 70s, 80s, and beyond.

And let’s be honest…

I also want to wear shorts and tank tops in the summer and own it.

So glad you found me. Follow for more. #wellaging #fitnessover50women #strengthtrainingforwomen

consistency matters more than fancy spa visits.

I’m not chasing wrinkle-free perfection, that’s not realistic or even what I want. But supporting my skin’s collagen production, reducing inflammation, and maintaining a healthy glow? That feels good at any age.

Follow for healthy aging advice💕

I’m 64, and if you had told me years ago that my skin could actually improve with age, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.

I grew up thinking aging skin was just something you had to accept.
But I’ve learned something different.

My skin responds when I support it.

These are two treatments I use every week.

My NIRA laser is a non-ablative laser that delivers controlled heat into the deeper layers of my skin. That heat triggers a repair response in the dermis, which helps stimulate new collagen and strengthen the existing collagen network. Over time that can help soften lines, improve firmness, and strengthen the structure of the skin itself.
I use it around my eyes, along my jawline, and around my mouth, places where skin tends to thin and soften first.

My Omnilux red light mask works through a different mechanism. Red light therapy energizes the mitochondria in skin cells, which helps support cellular repair and collagen production. That’s why it’s often used to improve skin tone, texture, and overall glow.
So this is how I look at it.

My NIRA works deeper in the dermis, helping strengthen the skin’s structural support.
My red light mask works at the cellular level, helping improve skin texture, tone, and radiance.

Two different pathways.
Working together.

And it works if you work it consistently.
When I was younger, technology like this either didn’t exist yet or was only available in dermatology clinics. Now I can support my skin at home, and I take advantage of that.

You can do this.

And yes, I wear sunscreen, protecting my skin now helps prevent future damage.
If you want my weekly protocol for how I use these two treatments, message me “skin support” and I’ll send it to you.

So glad you found me. Follow for more. #wellaging #over60 #lighttherapyfacial

I’m 64, and consistent use of my NIRA laser is part of how I maintain my skin.

Using it regularly helps support collagen production, skin firmness, smoother texture, and the appearance of fine lines at home.

What I take for skin firmness, glow and hydration. Part 1 of my supplement routine for skin longevity...eeek. It's a lot, I know, but I thought I'd break it down into categories. First up is skin firmness, glow and hydration.

 #LTKselfcare #LTKOver40 #LTKBeauty
I never skip my skin maintenance, even on vacation.

I bring my NIRA laser when I travel. It’s easy to pack and helps me stay consistent with collagen support, skin firmness, smoother texture, and the appearance of fine lines while I’m away.

Second pair because I loved the first so much. Zero drop shoes for strength training, balance, and daily walking, I walk a lot and these feel stable and aligned. Foot health is crucial!
