Taco Soup recipe 1 Diced onion 1 bag of sweet corn 2 boxes of chicken broth 3 cans of fire roasted tomatoes 3 cans of rotel tomatoes ( I like hot, but you can use mild) 3 cans of black beans 1 can of kidney beans ( optional) I pulled rotisserie chicken 1 packets of Hot and spicy or mild) taco seasoning packets ( Old El Paso) In a big pot add all your ingredients and boil until hot. I like to add a little Olive oil and cook onions a little first! But you don’t have to!! Enjoy! Top with tortilla strips, sour cream, cheese and avocado Some recipes just mean more. This taco soup was passed down from Shawnee, and it’s become one of our go-to comfort meals. Packed with flavor, low carb, keto friendly, and so simple to make.
