Under-eye bags don’t need surgery—they need the right technique. Start by moisturizing your under-eyes well. If your concealer tends to crease, apply an under-eye balm first. Step 1: Neutralize blue and purple tones with a salmon corrector (I’m using e.l.f.). Step 2: Brighten with a rose corrector (also e.l.f.). Step 3: Apply a tiny amount of concealer and blend well (Armani Luminous Silk). Step 4: Lightly set with a brightening loose powder (Givenchy Prisme Libre). Step 5: Mist your brush with setting spray and gently press it under the eyes. It helps lock everything in with minimal creasing. I use Naked Sundays SPF Setting Spray. Let it dry, and you’re done.
