Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) degrees.�Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray. Set aside. 2. In a medium-sized bowl, mash the sweet potato. 3. Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and eggs, and mix until incorporated. 4. Add the maple syrup and chocolate chips, mix until well incorporated. 5. Pour into the greased loaf pan.
