Easy breezy cause it was still 94F (34C) here in beautiful Georgia! ☀️

This dress was from Banana Republic- it’s sold out but I linked a similar dress!

#yttpgiftedme 🫠I better apply my sunscreen to avoid more damage!
This YOUTHSCREEN by @youthtothepeople with SPF 60 has no white cast, is very hydrating and looks beautiful under makeup- perfect for dry mature skin.

The cleanser and serum are both lovely too. I am actually loving the very earthy scent- like herbs or rosemary!

Thank you for the lovely gift @youthtothepeople

Cute Dirndl for Oktoberfest! 🍺🥨 I bought this Dirndl on Amazon- but please keep in mind it’s just a costume- not a real German Dirndl. It’s ok to wear in the U.S. but in Germany you might get called out at a real Oktoberfest in Munich! 🤣

What do you think about these jeans? Yay or nay? 🤔

#LTKgrwm #LTKootd #LTKOver40

THIS is how I wear jeans NOW at 50! 🧨

FYR: I’m 5’7”, 143 lbs⬇️
Wearing these jeans in size L. I could probably also fit in a M but I wanted that loose oversized look!

Thank you @chicwish for gifting me these outfits!

My body is my shape wear! 😁
What did I do? In short:
✅Increased my protein intake to around 165g/day
✅Reduced my fat intake to around 65g/day
✅ 3x/week I go to Bodypump by Les Mills (a barbell workout)
✅After my class I use a couple machines for about 30 minutes
✅I swim 4x/week for 45 minutes at moderate pace

This isn’t keto! I eat carbs in every meal. This isn’t a diet. It’s a lifestyle that is sustainable. Follow @sissi_the_german for more tips!
