Meet pesto’s more outgoing cousin: chimichurri ✨ Bright, herby, garlicky, a little tangy, and somehow good on absolutely everything. I make this constantly during the summer and it never lasts more than a day in our house. Drizzle over steak, spoon onto tacos, use it as a marinade for chicken or shrimp, toss with roasted potatoes, spread onto sandwiches, or serve with grilled vegetables and crusty bread.
