If you grew up loving Drumstick ice cream cones, then this recipe is for you!🍦🍫 This dessert takes that nostalgic summer favorite and turns it into an easy, no-bake ice cream pie with all the delicious chocolate crunch you remember in every bite. You only need a few ingredients to put it together and it’s the perfect dessert to make ahead when you want something fun that everyone will be excited to dig into! 😋🩵 Check out the recipe and the links to my look and the set of Birchwood Pie Plates I used for this dish below! Drumstick Ice Cream Cone Pie Ingredients: -12 sugar cones -2 tablespoons sugar -6 tablespoons melted butter -1.5 qt vanilla ice cream softened -7.5 oz bottle chocolate shell -1/3 c chopped Heath Bar Directions: -Add the sugar cones, sugar and melted butter to a food processor and pulse until crumbled. -Press into a 9 inch pie pan until evenly spread. -Freeze for 2 hours. -About 45 minutes before removing crust from the freezer, let the ice cream sit on the counter to soften. -Spoon into the crust spreading out evenly. -Pour the chocolate shell over top and sprinkle with Heath Bar chunks before it hardens. -Return to freezer again for another 2 hours before serving.
