This has got to be the easiest green bean side dish you’ll ever make, and it is super flavorful with the addition of dehydrated onions that plump up during cooking. I do this in the microwave when pressed for time, but you can also cook them stove top. Their best when the green beans still have a slight crunch to them.

I love 💕 easy, #healthy snacks & this is one of the best. High protein Greek yogurt mixed with a bit of honey for sweetness, spread it out on parchment paper, doctor it up according to your preference & freeze.

I used a drizzle of almond butter, pistachios & chopped cherries. Fabulous!

Once frozen just break into pieces & store in the freezer for those afternoon munchies.😉

I found another #viral recipe I can get behind. This Italian Egg Yolk #Coffee ☕️ (Uovo Sbattuto) is surprisingly frothy, rich & creamy without any dairy or milk added. You could certainly top it off if you so desire, but I didn't want to mess with a good thing.

Simply whip an egg yolk 🥚with a bit of sugar (I used coconut sugar) until frothy in your coffee mug. Pour over hot espresso or coffee (which also cooks the egg). You can froth it up again if you like and that tasty foam is perfecto! 👌

It was a little rainy outside today, so opted for an indoor morning workout and finish it up on my rebounder exercise👏

Rebounding opens up the lymphatic system (the system your body uses to get rid of toxins) and is the equivalent of a 30 minute jog. It’s also joint friendly and quite fun. 😍Hard to have a frown on your face when you’re jumping up and down.
