I found another viral recipe I can get behind. This Italian Egg Yolk Coffee ☕️ (Uovo Sbattuto) is surprisingly frothy, rich & creamy without any dairy or milk added. You could certainly top it off if you so desire, but I didn't want to mess with a good thing. Simply whip an egg yolk 🥚with a bit of sugar (I used coconut sugar) until frothy in your coffee mug. Pour over hot espresso or coffee (which also cooks the egg). You can froth it up again if you like and that tasty foam is perfecto! 👌 Finds the things to make this in your own kitchen here on my LTK.
