#15MinuteMeal alert! ‼️. This craveable Crispy Gyoza Dumpling Salad is so fun. Everyone loves it & of course, the kiddos will eat the dumplings even if you can't get them to eat the greens 😉
The dumplings crisp up perfectly in my @Cosori air fryer in about 10 minutes. Toss with a. bit of the dressing, them assemble the salad, add more dressing & dive in. Chopsticks optional 😊

Ditching the cans of spray oil! I found the best oil mister & it's not $$$$. In fact it's under $10. I've also linked a pricier version if you want to indulge.

You can use it for oil or vinegars and there are quite a few stickers that come with it in case you want to label it.

In a quest for no more #foodwaste here’s how I like to keep greens & lettuces fresher longer.
Simply add some paper towel at the bottom and top of a reusable bag to soak up extra moisture. This will keep your lettuce’s fresher longer, and keep them from turning to a soggy mess too soon.

I love having people over for dinner. 🍽️
We typically keep it casual & emphasize relationships over "entertaining."
Gathering around the table & sharing life along with our food is one of the highlights of my week.

I've linked a few things that I use regularly to make these moments effortless.
Enjoying the company is the goal, so not the time to pull out impressive presentations and expensive hoopla.

Simple Is best & creates an atmosphere of "make yourself at home." Our friends know our fridge is their fridge 😉

Self serve buffet style is almost always the way in our home. To go containers ensure leftovers can be shared (if there are any 😉).

Use paper products if you like, but Im typically pulling out the real stuff unless it's a huge gathering.

Salmon for people who don't like salmon & all in 20 minutes ⏰ thanks to the @Cosori TWINFY air fryer.

I've won over many a convert when they have salmon with my Taylor Spice Rub. Something about this heady seasoning blend with a hint of coconut sugar that's good with so many things.
With the TWINFRY I can place the salmon & sweet potatoes in at the same time, set the 2 zones for varying times and temperatures if needed, sync them then go about my business.

This allowed the sweet potatoes to cook for a longer period of time without me having to add the salmon later. The TWINFRY does all that for you.

I've used this great #hack for avocados 🥑 for quite some time & it hasn't failed me yet.
I know we leave avocados on the counter until they're perfectly ripe, but then what? Use immediately in a mound of guacamole? What if you're not ready to do that yet or you taco 🌮 Tuesday is a week away?

Simple submerge in a glass or pitcher of cold water & store in the fridge. You've just sealed in freshness for a couple of weeks. 😊

#DIY Stock with things you might be throwing away. I put parts of chicken, core of celery & random pieces of onion & carrot in a bag in my freezer as I'm preparing meals. When the bag is about full, it's time to make stock. Then I add some whole cloves of garlic with water in my Ninja Foodi on the pressure cook setting. Add any seasonings of choice, like bay leaves and let pressure cook for about 12-15 minutes. Voila! You have homemade stock that you didn't have to simmer all day long, but it sure does have that slow simmered all day long taste 🥰
You'll feel super accomplished & #soupseason is right around the corner.😉

#WhatsForDinner? These #easy Harissa #AirFryer Chicken Thighs, that's what! 😊
20 Minutes from start to finish.
Just place boneless, skinless chicken thighs down in the basket of your Air Fryer. I'm using the @Cosori Turboblaze.

Season with sea salt, pepper, Za'atar & then slather on the Harissa, a gorgeous red pepper paste. I use a mild harissa which is "kid friendly", but use the spicy stuff if you want.

This took just under 20 minutes on the air fry setting to charred perfection & they were juicy & so delicious.💕

I served simply with sweet potatoes (happened to have purple Japanese sweet potatoes on hand) & a simple Salad of field greens.
