My favorite Persian Eggs 🍳made in the best @Smithey Ironware heirloom quality iron skillets. This is the 8" chef's skillet. The recipe- Saute 1 slivered garlic clove with 1/2 tsp. turmeric & as much chili flake as you like (I use Aleppo chili flake) with some olive oil. Add spinach and eggs then cover until the eggs are done to your liking. Season with sea salt and sumac, a tart crushed berry that really adds a punch of brightness. I love a runny yolk so I can sop up with crusty toasted sourdough bread. ...and a little chili crisp on top is never a bad idea😉 All the finds are here on my LTK😍 LTKfoodie LTKHome
