One of the most important things that you can do for your health is drinking safer water. While this should be the standard, our drinking water has a lot of issues and it’s important that we look into this so that we know how to choose the correct filter. Most large cities in the United States will have issues with “chlorine byproducts” in the water, which means that we should filter them! These two water filters do a great job at that and the water filter heads also do a great job for what’s on the market currently!

Truly this is one of the best health investments I’ve made for both my physical body and my mental health when it comes to how I see my body. Before having this, I looked at just the number on the scale vs. seeing my body as a complex machine that has so many elements to it, including water weight, muscle, fat, cellular makeup, and so much more. If you’re looking to get healthier this year whether that be losing weight or gaining muscle/weight this is absolutely something I recommend.

While humidity is lower during the winter it’s still integral to pay attention to indoor air humidity as this is what creates mold growth which compromises our health.

I have had a few dehumidifiers and this is the one I have found works the best! I also am linking a humidistat. This is a part of what I preach when you have severe allergies, mild illness, nutritional deficiencies, or things like mcas. You MUST control your indoor air quality & humidity!

I never thought I’d be a girl with a massive tumbler but it really has changed my water consumption by A LOT plus I love the look of it. Here’s my go to electrolyte water:
❤️1/2 container of an 11oz bottle of coconut water which gives you around 250-275mg of potassium
❤️1/4 tsp (or doubled) salt which gives you 575 (approx) to 1150 mg of sodium
❤️ice as desired
❤️fill remaining with ice and you have a sugar free electrolyte water.

You can also add lime powder and monk fruit powder if desired ;)
