I never thought I’d be a girl with a massive tumbler but it really has changed my water consumption by A LOT plus I love the look of it. Here’s my go to electrolyte water: ❤️1/2 container of an 11oz bottle of coconut water which gives you around 250-275mg of potassium ❤️1/4 tsp (or doubled) salt which gives you 575 (approx) to 1150 mg of sodium ❤️ice as desired ❤️fill remaining with ice and you have a sugar free electrolyte water.
