• You don’t have to train abs every day. Focus on 2 quality ab sessions and incorporate core engagement into your other workouts.

• Rest days are important for muscle recovery and building.

• Eat enough protein and don’t be afraid of good carbs - carbs are just as important for muscle building as protein. They also give you energy to perform better in your workouts.

• Try to keep your cortisol levels balanced….extreme dieting, too much cardio, and lack of sleep can work against you and contribute to that “soft” look around the midsection.

• Make sure you’re eating foods that support your gut and keep you regular , irregular digestion can lead to bloating and make your abs less visible.

• Eat consistently , skipping meals regularly can lead to overeating later and make it harder to stay balanced.

• Stop focusing only on abs. Training your entire body helps build muscle mass, which supports your metabolism and helps reduce overall body fat over time.

Old me always chose “diet” foods, but didn’t really prioritize the quality of ingredients. I was constantly compromising on one side and overcompensating on another. Always bloated, weight going up and down, always thinking about calories and dieting.

New me keeps it simple. I focus on wholesome foods instead of diet foods. That helped heal my gut, reduce sugar spikes, and feel more satisfied - which means more energy, a steadier appetite, and way more control.
And for the first time… it all feels manageable

When I became a first-time mom, I put so much pressure on myself to get back in shape right away… and I felt such strong resistance from my body.

The second time around, I already understood my body better. I wasn’t trying to “bounce back” while breastfeeding. I gave myself time and grace to actually enjoy the postpartum time.
And once I wrapped up breastfeeding, I slowly returned to my usual routine …and it felt natural and so much easier ❤️

What I eat in a day leading up to my biggest business launch 🤍 (OMG so excited )

I come from a modeling culture where before big moments, I would restrict. In my mind, if it wasn’t painful, it didn’t count. If I wasn’t pushing harder or eating less, I wasn’t giving it my all.
It took me years to rewire that belief.
Now, before big things, I don’t restrict..
I focus on feeling strong, energized, and clear. Because when you feel good on the inside, the outside follows.

That shift in mindset is exactly the foundation of what I’ve been building.

This topic came up with one of my friends who’s planning to get pregnant and she’s anxious about not having enough time to grow her business.And I told her something I truly believe.
Motherhood somehow makes you insanely good at time management. It sounds crazy, but you almost feel like you gain time… because you stop wasting it.😬

And yes, I know people love to say, “It’s easy for you, you have help.” But I really believe everything has to happen in your own timing.

If someone “bounces back” at 6 months…..that doesn’t mean you have to.
Maybe it’s 2 years.
Maybe 3.
Maybe when your child is in school and you feel mentally ready again.The timeline doesn’t matter.What matters is that it’s possible.

You can build again.
You can grow again.
You can come back stronger.
Becoming a mom didn’t just changed me…..it expanded me.

What I eat in a day -
when I focus on PROTEIN 🤍

I know there’s a big hype around protein right now and I do agree it’s important, especially if you’re weight training and want to feel strong and energized.
But something I personally don’t agree with is the culture of weighing and calculating every single gram. I just don’t think that mindset is healthy long term….it can quickly turn into unnecessary restriction. Instead of measuring and forcing myself to hit a number, I simply make sure protein is included in every meal.
My rule of thumb is roughly 35% of my plate most of the time. And on days when I don’t feel like eating that much protein, I listen to my body and just simply don’t eat it .
Consistency over perfection always. This approach has given me the best results physically and most importantly mentally. Strong, defined, but still free around food.❤️
