What I eat in a day - when I focus on PROTEIN šŸ¤ I know there’s a big hype around protein right now and I do agree it’s important, especially if you’re weight training and want to feel strong and energized. But something I personally don’t agree with is the culture of weighing and calculating every single gram. I just don’t think that mindset is healthy long term….it can quickly turn into unnecessary restriction. Instead of measuring and forcing myself to hit a number, I simply make sure protein is included in every meal. My rule of thumb is roughly 35% of my plate most of the time. And on days when I don’t feel like eating that much protein, I listen to my body and just simply don’t eat it . Consistency over perfection always. This approach has given me the best results physically and most importantly mentally.
