The secret to getting these little baby potatoes unbelievably crispy on the outside while staying fluffy on the inside? Kettle & Fire Beef Tallow! 4 hickory-smoked sausages (I used all beef, 100% grass-fed Kiolbassa)
1.5 lbs baby potato medley
¼ cup tallow
1 tbsp granulated garlic

Slice the sausages into rounds
