The secret to getting these little baby potatoes unbelievably crispy on the outside while staying fluffy on the inside? Kettle & Fire Beef Tallow! 4 hickory-smoked sausages (I used all beef, 100% grass-fed Kiolbassa)
1.5 lbs baby potato medley
¼ cup tallow
1 tbsp granulated garlic
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
1 tsp black pepper

Slice the sausages into rounds
Wash the potatoes and then cut them in half.

Combine the sausage and potatoes in a large bowl.

Melt the tallow and then pour it over the mixture.

Sprinkle with seasonings. Toss to thoroughly coat and combine.

Spread the mixture out onto a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
