Fall Wellness Protocol πβ£ β£ With the first signs of colder weather today, my body is definitely not ready for Fall. I woke up with a sore throat and a little congestion in my chest & was not about to let this first day of fall weather lead to a full blown cold. Or a drop of Thieves Vitality in a spoonful of honey or whipping up a cup of Thieves Tea (Thieves, Lemon, local honey & hot water)β£ β£ π ππ πππππππππ:β£ Breathe Again roll-on over chest, back & alone spine throughout the day. Or whip up a DIY Chest Rub (4oz jar filled with coconut oil, 10-15 drops each Lemon and R.C. or Raven (for children over 6) or just layering on neat (without dilution).β£ β£ ππ°π―π΄πͺπ΄π΅π¦π―π΅ππΊ πͺπ΄ π¬π¦πΊ! The idea is to use your oils everyday - not just taking them when symptoms arise.
