Fall Wellness Protocol 🍂
With the first signs of colder weather today, my body is definitely not ready for Fall. I woke up with a sore throat and a little congestion in my chest & was not about to let this first day of fall weather lead to a full blown cold. So I loaded up on all my immune supporting favorites and thought I’d share a little more about what’s in my Wellness Toolbox.
𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐈𝐌𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐄 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓:
Ningxia Red, Super C Chewables, Inner Defense, Life 9 Probiotic and Thieves daily on feet & spine.
𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐀𝐓𝐒:
Thieves Cough Drops all the way! Or a drop of Thieves Vitality in a spoonful of honey or whipping up a cup of Thieves Tea (Thieves, Lemon, local honey & hot water)
𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐁𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆:
Breathe Again roll-on over chest, back & alone spine throughout the day. Or whip up a DIY Chest Rub (4oz jar filled with coconut oil, 10-15 drops each Lemon and R.C. or Raven (for children over 6) or just layering on neat (without dilution).
𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘬𝘦𝘺! The idea is to use your oils everyday - not just taking them when symptoms arise. Most of these I use and take everyday, but whenever things creep up I just turn it up a notch with my daily routine!
