53. The Kiss Quotient by Helen Hoang :: 4/5⭐️ Stella’s mom is on her case about getting a boyfriend, getting married, and having babies. Stella has aspergers and is REALLY bad at being in a relationship and doing all the things couples in a relationship do, so she decides to hire a male escort to teach her. She hires Michael and realizes very early on that he is much different than any other male she has come into contact with. She starts to develop feelings for him, but this is all just because she hired him… right? There’s no way their fake relationship can turn into the real thing… I actually thought this book was really sweet. Spicier than I expected it to be, but really good! I love the story line and character development. Definitely recommend! I also read reviews saying that if you’re on the spectrum or suspected to be on the spectrum, this book is incredibly validating.
