This olive cheeseball is a family favorite and perfect for upcoming Easter brunches. Ingredients: 2 blocks cream cheese, softened 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup for mixture, 1 cup for garnish) 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix 1 heaping cup sliced green olives Crackers of your choice Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, ranch seasoning, and green olives together. Put into the fridge for about 20-30 minutes to set up. You can shape it into so many different things - an egg or a carrot would be perfect for Easter! Add rest of cheese, garnish of your choice, and serve with crackers.
