Brunswick Stew

Shredded pork or Boston butt
2 qts vegetable juice
A1 sauce
3 tablespoons Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbeque sauce
1 can tomatoes, okra and corn mix
1 can pinto beans with onion
1 can corn
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can potatoes
1 can Lima beans
Salt and pepper to your liking
3 cups water
Mix well and let simmer for 1 hour
Top with shredded cheese and serve with cornbread

TEXAS STARS ⭐️

Ingredients:
• 1 lb. ground sausage
• 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
• 1 block cream cheese
• 1 can Rotel — do NOT drain
• Wonton wrappers
• Shredded cheddar cheese
• Sour cream
• Sliced black olives
• Optional: sliced jalapeños
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin pan.
Brown 1 lb. of ground sausage in a skillet.
Add the ranch seasoning, cream cheese and entire can of Rotel (juice and all!) to the cooked sausage.
Stir everything together over low heat until the cream cheese melts and the mixture is warm, creamy and completely combined.
Place one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup and gently press it down to create a little cup.
Fill each wonton with the Texas Stars mixture.
Bake at 375°F for about 17 minutes, or until the filling is hot and bubbly and the wonton edges are crispy and golden brown.
Let them cool for about 5 minutes, then top with shredded cheddar, a dollop of sour cream and sliced black olives. Add jalapeños if you like a little kick!

Serve them warm with chips + salsa on the side and ENJOY! ⭐️🏈

🍔 CHEESEBURGER RICE
Ingredients:
• 1½ lbs ground beef
• 4 cups water
• 4 cups rice
• 2 cups ketchup
• 1⅓ cups mustard
• 2–3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• Salt + pepper to taste

Directions:
Brown 1½ lbs of ground beef in a large frying pan. Drain if needed.
Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
Stir in 2 cups ketchup and 1⅓ cups mustard and mix everything together well.
Once the mixture is at a regular boil, stir in 4 cups of rice.
Mix well, then top with 2–3 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
Turn the stove off, place the lid on the pan, and let it sit for about 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
