AP Stuffed Green Peppers 🫑 Ingredients (I double this)
• 2–3 large green peppers, halved
• 1 medium roll of sausage
• 1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese
• 1 can Rotel
• Shredded cheddar cheese Directions 1. Place the halved green peppers in a baking dish and bake at 375°F for 25 minutes. 2. While the peppers bake, brown the sausage in a skillet. 3. Add the cream cheese and stir until completely melted and combined. 4. Stir in the Rotel and let simmer for about 4 minutes. 5. Fill each pepper with the sausage mixture and top generously with shredded cheddar. 6. Return to the oven and bake at 375°F for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden. AP Tip: We love serving these with white rice, corn on the cob, and a Caesar salad for an easy, complete dinner.
