Balsamic Roast Beef Dips This is a family favorite! I make this several times a month. So simple because it cooks all day in the crockpot for the perfect weeknight no effort meal! 3-4 Ib Sirloin Tip Roast 1.5 cup red wine 1 onion slices 2-3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 2-3 tablespoons soy 1 cup water 1 TBS minced garlic 3-4 sprigs thyme & rosemary Salt & ground pepper Crusty rolls or baguette Cheese - optional but recommend Place meat in crockpot. Add wine, soy, balsamic, garlic, herbs & onion and cook low & slow 6-8 hours. Once roast beef has cooked, remove from slow cooker. Break apart with two forks Cut your baguette. Top with shredded beef & cheese. Toast in oven until rolls are crunchy and cheese is melted. Serve with cooking juices for dipping. Enjoy!
