Craving a simple, flavorful dinner? Try this Crockpot Southwest Ranch Chicken Pasta that practically cooks itself!

Ingredients
• 3 chicken breasts
• Salt & pepper to taste
• 1 bottle Buffalo Wild Wings Southwest Ranch sauce
• 16 oz Heavy whipping cream (use the empty sauce bottle to measure)
• 1 block cream cheese
• A handful each of shredded cheddar and shredded Parmesan
• Pasta of your choice (cooked separately)

Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts in your crockpot and season with salt & pepper.
2. Pour an entire bottle of Southwest Ranch sauce over the chicken.
3. Refill the empty sauce bottle with heavy whipping cream, shake well, and pour it in.
4. Top with a block of cream cheese, plus a handful of shredded cheddar and Parmesan.
5. Cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
6. Shred the chicken, then stir in cooked pasta.
7. Add extra Parmesan on top if you like!

That’s it! A creamy, zesty dish packed with ranch flavor—perfect for busy weeknights.

1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups uncooked rice
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 can cheddar cheese soup
• 2 cups chicken broth or water
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
• 1-2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Ingredients:

• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 24 oz chicken broth (low sodium)
• 2 (15 oz) cans great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
• 2 (4 oz) cans diced green chiles (one hot, one mild)
• 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
• 1 tsp each: salt, cumin, paprika, chili powder, onion powder
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Toppings: sliced jalapeños, avocado, sour cream, tortilla strips, shredded Monterey Jack or Mexican cheese, minced cilantro

Directions:

1️⃣ Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, chili powder, and garlic powder.

1. Throw two bags of taco rice into a 13 x 9 baking dish, + about 1 lb of cooked rotisserie chicken, two 10 ounce cans of Rotel, 1 can of drained and rinse black beans, and two 10 1/2 ounce cans of chicken broth. Mix all together and make sure all of your rice is covered with broth.
2. Bake on 350 for about 40 minutes. 
3. Pull out your casserole and top it with shredded cheese then pop it back in your oven for another 10 minutes or just until your cheese is melted.
4.  Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

22 oz jar Alfredo sauce (about 1 very large 22-ounce jar or 1 ½ 15-ounce jars) (approximately 2 ½ cups total)
3 cups chicken stock (or sub with chicken broth)
2 cups diced or shredded rotisserie chicken (or other diced cooked chicken)
2 teaspoons minced garlic (about 2 large cloves)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese(or Italian blend cheese)

🗒️ Dump & Bake Chicken Alfredo Pasta Recipe:
1. Shred 2 cups of slow cooked chicken (seasoned to your liking) or rotisserie chicken.
2. In a casserole dish, add 16 oz of uncooked rotini pasta, 3 cups of chicken stock, shredded chicken, 2 teaspoons of minced garlic, and 22 oz of Alfredo sauce. Mix well.
3. Cover with tin foil and bake at 425 for 30-35 minutes.
4. Uncover and mix well.
5. Top with 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
6. Bake uncovered for 8 minutes

Directions:
1. Cook the tortellini: Cook 1 lbs of cheese tortellini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
2. Prepare the cheesesteak filling: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef, 1 sliced onion, and 1 sliced green pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. Make the provolone sauce: In a saucepan, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Whisk in 2 tbsp of flour to form a roux. Gradually add 2 cups of milk a 2 tsp of onion powder, whisking continuously to prevent lumps. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens. EASY WEEKNIGHT DINNER IDEA 😋

1. Mix 1 bag of frozen meatballs, 2 cups of barbecue sauce, two rounded tablespoons of orange marmalade, and one cup of water to a slow cooker.
2. Slow cook on high for 4 hours.
3. Mix well
4. Cook jasmine rice according to the package. I used microwaveable rice to speed up the process.

1. Layer all of our ingredients, starting with our graham crackers first. Next, add your chocolate. And next add your marshmallow on top. 
2. Take the cookie dough and form it right around at the top of our marshmallows. 
3. Once you have your cookie dough on top of your marshmallows, bake in oven on 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.  
4. Place your cookies on parchment paper or tinfoil to cool.

🗒️ White Chicken Enchiladas
Directions:
1. Add 3 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts to crockpot & seasons with 2 tablesppins of oil oil, salt and pepper, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder,  1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, and add 1/2 cup of low sodium chicken broth.
2. Cook about on high for 3 hours.
3. Remove chicken from crockpot and shred chicken. Then, mix shredded chicken with 8oz of cream cheese and about 1/2 cup of shredded cheese blend and add garlic powder to taste.
4. In a sprayed 13x9 baking dish, stuff the chicken mixture into soft flour tortillas and line in baking dish.
5. For the green chili enchilada sauce, whisk 3 tbsp butter and 3 tbsp flour over medium high heat. Then, whisk in 3-4 tbsp of a taco seasoning mix. Stir in 2 cups chicken broth and once it's thickened add in a handful of cheese, 3/4 cups sour cream, and a 4 oz can of green chilis.
6. Pour green chili enchilada sauce over your prepared tortillas and top with remaining shredded cheese.
7. Bake 20—25 at 350 degrees.
8. Top your enchiladas with toppings of your choosing. I recommend lettuce, tomato, and sour cream.
