Easy Chicken Parmesan & Rice Bake 🧀🍗 Y'all this one is SO good and it comes together so fast on a weeknight! One bowl, one skillet, one baking dish and dinner is DONE. 🙌 ⬇️ Save this recipe — you're going to want to make it! --- 🛒 INGREDIENTS 🍗 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes 🧈 2 tbsp butter 🧂 ½ tsp each salt & pepper 🌶️ 1 tsp smoked paprika 🧅 1½ tsp onion powder 🌿 1 tsp Italian seasoning 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic 🫙 3 tbsp BWW Parmesan Garlic Sauce 🍚 1 cup instant white rice 🍗 1 cup chicken broth 🧀 1½ cups shredded mozzarella 🧀 2 oz cream cheese, cubed 🥓 4 pieces bacon, cooked & crumbled 🌿 Dried parsley for garnish --- 📋 INSTRUCTIONS 1️⃣ Toss cubed chicken with all seasonings and BWW sauce in a bowl until fully coated. 2️⃣ Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Set aside. 3️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9x13 dish, add rice and broth, stir to combine. 4️⃣ Spoon chicken over rice and scatter cream cheese cubes on top. 5️⃣ Cover tightly with foil and bake 15-20 minutes. 6️⃣ Uncover, top with mozzarella and bacon crumbles, bake another 8-10 minutes until bubbly and golden. 🤤 7️⃣ Garnish with dried parsley and serve hot!
